Honestly no complaints. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Comfortably furnished rooms with good shower, a private bathroom, for example, amicable staff. Location close enough to bars and restaurants, Mérida, and the very city centre.

Helpful staff who even assisted with carrying our luggage. the location is spot on, right next to the Roman Bridge, within walking distance to the old town, bars, restaurants, and all the historical sights 🌉.

Loved the place, it was pleasant and worked for me. the staff were pretty friendly yet not intrusive. - This was a good and magnificent location really close to the Alcazaba and Roman Bridge, and old town, bars and restaurants and all the historical sights.

My stay at the hotel was great value for the money. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini refrigerator and a safe box. The location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk to the Plaza de España and other historical attractions. The staff were extremely courteous and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
Breakfast delights could have been better.
